Three Oaks has been exemplary from the beginning. Your evaluations and treatment plan were very much ‘on the mark’ and have made a critical difference to my mother’s health and we’ll being. This was true both at home and in assisting with her recent transition to the Cambridge Pointe facility. You’re help in this difficult decision has been very much appreciated. I thank you sincerely. Also I was quite moved by how much everyone cared for Mom on a personal level. It has truly made a difference.
