Outstanding!
We had very good LVN care and communication (Stuart McCauley). Office staff including chaplain, social worker and hospice aid were pleasant to work with. Poor note keeping and family communication with respect to weekly visits. Disappointed not to have any communication from bereavement since the patient passed away.

From the daily M-F caregiver brining sunshine to our house each day, to the final days, it was such a blessing. Often we were not sure of what to do next, or what was coming, but they came through with flying colors for us. They NEVER let us down. They cared, like they were part of the family. Three Oaks Hospice has been very helpful with assisting the care needed for my 91 year old mother who has dementia & congested heart disease whether with the weekly visits or making a call to the agency after hours or on a weekend day.
