Overall the experience was great but the nurse who came in the dad my dad passed ruined it for you. I thought she had information on us but when she called the coroner she had everything wrong. She thought Marion was my mom(Marion was my dad), she gave incorrect birthday for him, misspelled my name, gave the wrong phone number for me, she said he was going to mokena for burial after I told her he is going to moline, misspelled my address, addressed my husband as my brother (after I introduced him as my husband) and these ar... read more
