Good was notified on my dad health in a timely manor
Gave Ann as much care as possible. She continues downward. Both of us are depressed
Very impressed how quickly they came to the facility especially since it was during the holidays. They communicate daily with updates.
Prompt response upon first call. Staff moved quickly to assess situation and provide care. We thought we would need care much longer than a week. Sadly, we were mistaken. Mr. Santana provided assurance and comfort at a sensitive time.
The care manager, nurses and aides were all very professional and caring. They answered all my questions and explained all procedures thoroughly. When I called the after hours number, they answered promptly and took care of my issue quickly. I couldn’t have asked for better care.
The social worker, Kirsten Crosby was awesome! She made the transition for my beloved friends with ease and compassion!
