We first had the angels from Denton office which were all great!!! I moved my Mom on July 30 to a home in Frisco so we had a smooth transition to the Dallas office. I have been pleased as to the compassion these people have to not only my Mom but me as the responsible family member.

My siblings and I were hesitant to make the call for my mom to start hospice . We had a lot of concerns from what we had heard about it. Mom health was deteriorating and her liver doctor referral us to Three Oaks Hospice. I made the call and I don't remember the receptionist name but we talked for a few minutes and her concern and professionalism gave me the peace so I would be able to move forward.
