Great people. Very friendly and affordable. Took care of both of our dogs in timely manner.
I am THRILLED with the amazing service..from the phone conversation to the walk out. My cat was allowed to be diagnosed without a rabies shot(thank goodness)..Dr Johnson was straight up about pricing..which is refreshing. I did all the paperwork on the phone, so my pet did not wait. I made the appointment online very soon after someone called me to confirm. Check in was simple I filled out paper work and was called back right away. The room smelled clean looked clean. I love the staff at this facility. They Explained everything in detail very friendly. I felt very comfortable with them handling my cat and taking her to the back to give her shots. Will be coming only here from now on. Prices are reasonable and they tell you what everything cost before they prescribe it. Thanks ladies

Affordable is the key word here. I love how they are very upfront with their pricing. There are very reasonable all-inclusive prices for annual vaccines and check up. This is a great option for routine care. The office staff seem a little scattered and I had a minor issue with getting some medication ordered, but they did correct it. I will continue to use them for the basics. If you have an emergency, however, I would go on to a more traditional clinic. Pricing is reasonable and scheduling online has been easy. The first time, the vet tech and the doctor were very friendly and the place was clean. This second time, my dog was sniffing a lot more than usual and I could see the floor looked a bit dirty. Could have been from that days pets, but my appt was midmorning. I am a CAP foster and had 2 kittens that needed an exam. I called on a Saturday and was able to get a same day appointment. When I arrived I was taken immediately to a clean room by Lydia. Dr. Johnson came in promptly and was personable and attentive. I will take future fosters here and will spread the word about this new establishment. Very pleased! Thank you!
Went in for a Nail clip. Thought it was going to be $24. When I checked out it was $48. When I questioned why? I was told it was $24 for nail clip and $24 to Tech visit. My question is what tech visit. No one examined her or asked any questions. They walked her in the back, cut her nails, and returned her 5 minutes later. What a rip off. Very overpriced
Worse service I have experienced as a dog owner. The vets are ok but the front office is terrible. They cannot get their information straight. I had to take my dog in for some specific testing and the front office could not tell me at what time I had to take her. They said they did not do that testing when the vet had scheduled it. Took my dog in another time for her check up and they said it was not time when I knew it was time and her prescription was due. I brought in my cat Eirene, a Sphynx cat to get spayed. We were told the procedure would cost 489$, 89$ for the blood work and 400$ for the actual procedure. We came in the day before for blood work and were charged 91$ and 211$, this 211$ was a deposit for the procedure. We go for the spay and were charged 400$ on top of the 91$ and 211$. We argued for the cost and said this was unfair and were being overcharged. They then proceeded to threaten to call the cops and sue us if we didn't pay.
