I made an app to get rabies shots on 1 dog and nails cut on 2 dogs. They overcharged me for the rabies $91. They refused to cut my dogs nails because they "moved too much". They wanted to sedate them and have us come back and pay for the sedation $50 each. Just cut their nails. The front desk and vet were telling me 2 dif prices, very irritating.
My French bulldog visited Dr.Holder in 2021. He was hunching his back and having a lot of pain. She recommended he rest and stop heavy activity which I have the treatment plan for. She never suggested any other issues. Long story short my Frenchie died one year later due to IVDD which " Dr. Holder" never even touched on nor did she care to educate us on, was not mentioned once on our treatment plan. do not go to this place!!!!!! the level of service is bad and they are so rude my dog has been crying for the last four hours and he went in for a routine checkup billie the vet tech called me a b*tch when she was the one that was rude to me.

I called twice and they could not answer my questions. They lack in communication as well give misleading information. I was asking a question and when I looked at the phone they had hung up. This is why I am giving them a one star

Staff is very rude. Would not recommend. Pulled into the parking lot a little late (9 min) and was told they would treat me as a walk in and it would be an hour wait. I asked to see manager and they were not in. Christine was very rude and tried to explain why I was considered late even though I had two pets and was not late for second appointment. Vets and techs were very sweet and took great care of my dog, but these people can't do billing properly. It says affordable but they will nickel and dime you to a high bill and in my case tried to double charge me twice. It wasn't a lot of money but it is the principle.

Nugget died of end stage lung cancer on Friday. The reason I am reaching out to you is because both the Gaston and N. Katy location in Katy, Texas provided horrific care for him. My mother took Nugget to the vet in December for a cough. He was seen twice over the next month. The first time, we were told his cough was a vaccine reaction. Called the office on Gaston and was on the phone with them over 20 minutes to give them all of our dogs information and making the appointment for the puppy shots. Then they send numerous text messages with a link, go to the link on the day of our appointment, after calling to let them know that we were outside since it is curbside only. They told us that we had to complete the information on the link first, that information is ALL the same information that was given to them in the phone call. Wait? What? Love the clinic and the vet is super nice. My only complaint today is I was instructed to wait in my car until they called me while I watched customer after customer just walk in. Finally 25 minutes later they "allowed" me to walk in. So while I followed the businesses rules about Covid, no one else did and I was forced to wait patiently by while all the rule breakers were taken care of first guess you'll always have people who can't follow instructions, but it's not the clinics fault
