Brought my Dog in for shots, paid for office visit. Requires a booster to vaccine and brought back for that. While there I asked them to check his ears. They said he had a double ear infection. Charged me for ear drops, cleaner and another office visit. I'm ok with that. However my pet did not like the the ear meds and became very aggressive every time I tried to administer. Called vet and was told the vet was busy and would call me back. Never got a call back, got a text reply that I would have to come in for another office... read more

Stay far away from the Morton Ranch and 99 location . Horrible customer service from the techs , as well as the Vet . Our pet was handled roughly and absolutely no professionalism. They provide no care or concern for pets . The wait time was over 2 hours , and they do not want to give immunizations in the room . They take the pet out where you cannot see what they are doing . I've tried to call 6 different times to try and set up an appointment for my cat and no one has answered the 6 times I've tried to call. I was excited to make an appointment here because of the good reviews and I thought I could trust them with taking care of my cat but the lack of urgency they have when answering phone calls is an immediate turn off. I will NOT be bringing my cat here since I can't even seem to get ahold of them in the first place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!! A couple months ago I took my golden retriever here they didn't tell us what was wrong with her and we had to ask numerous amount of times to know "exactly" what was wrong finally they told me that she had a really bad ear infection and she needs medication to cure it. The day after she took the medication that they prescribed she got 10 times worse and the more medication we gave her the worse my pup got. Scheduling is a nightmare. Make sure and call the actual clinic ahead of time to make sure your appointment is set. Best to make that first appointment online so they have all your information. Expect walk-ins and others scheduled for the same time frame to jump ahead of you so arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment to ensure your pet is seen by the vet within an hour. They only have one person handling the front desk and one veterinarian on-site at all times. This is a small touch and go clinic best for routine shots... read more

This company was ok but I don't trust them at all!! I could never get the same vet! One of my dogs that I took there was heart worm positive but they couldn't tell me how positive she was , they wanted to do blood work and other things that were not needed at all and would have been very very expensive! I've started to bring my dogs because they were affordable compared with all The vets around here in Katy, TX. However there have been twice that I feel they are not been honest. Once I brought my 9 years old Labrador with ear infection, and after testing they said that he has a bacterial infection in one ear and the other one it wasn't that bad. Quoted one price on phone for teeth cleaning....and something way way more once I got there! We left after driving from Houston to go there because they quoted a low price.

I wouldn't take anything or anyone I love here! As everyone else has stated, great first impression for flea med only. Took my 1yr old sick "flame point Siamese", vet took less than 5min to look him over. Took blood, chest x ray 1 view, (its 3 views these days) Cat was wheezing, blood work, & was told I'd get a call first thing nxt am. Yea that didn't happen!
