DO NOT go to this vet!!!!! The office was closed today 4/14/2018 even though office hours are posted for Saturday. I needed to pick up my dogs medicine. When I called the main line they were surprised no one was @ the Katy Thrive location. I was put on hold while they checked what was going on. Apparently, there was no vet available so they just closed for the day. The call center also informed me they would also be closed on Monday for the same reason. I doing another review since my first one. I have now taken 2 dogs here. I find there are some things that bother me - every time I have called their number in Katy and have specifically asked if I was connected to their clinic, I was told yes. However that person on the line did not have any answers, put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and said someone would call me back right away. That was days ago with no call back. You know what they say about first impressions. We have been very loyal to PetSmart for all our pet vet needs. This new Thrive location dropped off our flyer on our doorstep. Being that they are located within walking distance, I decided to take my dog for her yearly rabies shot. Made an appointment for 10am via their website. I show up a few minutes before my appt but receptionist has no clue and said that appointments go though a call center and so their location hasn't received anything yet. She said it hadn't cleared their reservation system yet even though the website clearly states that only available appointments are shown. Hmmm...makes no sense.
