Quoted one price on phone for teeth cleaning....and something way way more once I got there! We left after driving from Houston to go there because they quoted a low price.

I wouldn't take anything or anyone I love here! As everyone else has stated, great first impression for flea med only. Took my 1yr old sick "flame point Siamese", vet took less than 5min to look him over. Took blood, chest x ray 1 view, (its 3 views these days) Cat was wheezing, blood work, & was told I'd get a call first thing nxt am. Yea that didn't happen! DO NOT go to this vet!!!!! The office was closed today 4/14/2018 even though office hours are posted for Saturday. I needed to pick up my dogs medicine. When I called the main line they were surprised no one was @ the Katy Thrive location. I was put on hold while they checked what was going on. Apparently, there was no vet available so they just closed for the day. The call center also informed me they would also be closed on Monday for the same reason. I asked him how I could get the medicine as my dog could not go 3 days ... read more

I doing another review since my first one. I have now taken 2 dogs here. I find there are some things that bother me - every time I have called their number in Katy and have specifically asked if I was connected to their clinic, I was told yes. However that person on the line did not have any answers, put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and said someone would call me back right away. That was days ago with no call back. You know what they say about first impressions. We have been very loyal to PetSmart for all our pet vet needs. This new Thrive location dropped off our flyer on our doorstep. Being that they are located within walking distance, I decided to take my dog for her yearly rabies shot. When I walked into Thrive, there was absolutely nobody in side, including the front desk personnel. We arrived at 1215pm. I waited about two minutes before someone came to the front. Made an appointment for 10am via their website. I show up a few minutes before my appt but receptionist has no clue and said that appointments go though a call center and so their location hasn't received anything yet. She said it hadn't cleared their reservation system yet even though the website clearly states that only available appointments are shown. Hmmm...makes no sense.
