These people are horrible. There is no way that I would trust them with my puppy. Super rude in the phone and cannot provide any pricing, sounds like a scam to me.

I have been here for 2 years. It used to be really great service when Dr Allen was here but the service has really gone down hill. You always have to play phone tag to talk to a nurse or doctor. I brought my dog in on Saturday(dec 12) who had previously had cancer to get a full check up they suggested senior bloodwork. I agreed. I also knew that we needed to get an ultrasound so i requested a referral. We are hoping our appointment goes better than our booking process. I just called to book an appointment and I was on the phone with a call Center overseas for 17 minutes to book an appointment for VACCINATIONS for my dog. This was the worst experience I've ever had booking ANYTHING.

I'm hesitant to post this review because I'm embarrassed that my cat bit one of their vet techs. However, I feel uncomfortable about how the entire situation was handled and like I put my pet in a bad situation unknowingly. I assume the vets are the experts and know what's best, but that's not the case here. I haven't kept up with my cat's rabies vaccines because she's indoor only and doesn't have contact with outdoor pets and going to the vet is an extremely stressful situation for her (most cats). Always see a different vet. No continuity. They lost my dog's records and claimed for hours they'd never seen him until I brought in the invoice. Then they admitted they'd lost a lot of data the same way they'd lost mine. The care I've received has been sometimes good, sometimes worthless. But it is cheaper than other vets in this area. If you are in a pinch, you can at least get care. But don't charge it. Their system charges you twice and there is a week's wait to get it straightened out.

Have made two attempts to take one of my pets to this location. Both times they were too busy or oddly enough couldnt help with the issue we were dealing with (neither of which was complicated). It's hard enough with working to get the pets to a clinic - then only to be turned away. TWICE. Don't waste your time.
