I used to like this place apparently they were bought out. The prices have gone up and the care quality has gone down. My friend took my dog in while I was in the car do to a leg injury, the receptionist came out to explain the laundry list of things the doctor was trying to up sale me and the vet assistant came out and rudely told her she was not allowed to come out to the car and talk to people, that I had to come in, she was very very rude. I will not be back.

DO NOT take your pet here. First off, they are NOT affordable. In my opinion, they are priced higher than most vets. They want $1000.00 just to clean the teeth. They take your pet into a back room without you to administer vaccinations and do an exam. I have NEVER been to a vet that I wasn't present for to do exams and vaccinations. Do yourself a favor and find your local vet instead of this place.

Based on our experience, if you have a sick or hurt dog, do not take your pet to this urgent care clinic. Go to Hillside. Go to MedVet. Go to one of the actual hospitals if you are going after hours. They were nice enough and saw us quickly on a Friday evening, but their customer service the next day was severely lacking (I.e., unable to answer basics questions about transferring records, no communication between the after-hours staff and regular staff) and the vet seemed confused in their description of diagnosis and reco... read more

We had a family gathering this past weekend with relatives coming from hundreds of miles. Of course, family means pets too and one of our sweet pets became ill while visiting. It was Saturday evening when we realized that my brother and sister-in-law's bichon had blood in her urine. She was also posturing repeatedly to relieve herself with little or no results. This has nothing to do with your location, but your office on Park and Coit in Plano, I couldn't bring it up. My Mother is 81 and has a hard time walking Her cat is 16. The cat won't come out from under the bed and hasn't eaten or drank in two weeks. My mom can't bend down and help her out We took her to VCA on Coit and Park . If I could give less than one star for the review I would. I had an appointment at 2:45pm today just for an eye infection and nail trim. I waited over an hour to be seen and was told by Dr. Arnold that they were too busy to trim my dogs nails. He then proceeded to tell me my dog eyes were most likely allergies but he wanted to do an eye stain for 58.00. I had mentioned we did have Tobramycin drops at home unopened from our bulldog but told him we would prefer an eye ointment because we could not get drops in our dogs eyes. H... read more

I really wanted this place to work out. I have friends who have told me they save so much with having the thrive membership. So I decided to switch to thrive! I made appointments for all 3 of my dogs to be seen today. Unfortunately I was unable to make it and my husband took our dogs. He just came home with an outrageous bill. Made a 2:45pm appt and a 3pm appt for my two dogs 1/13/22. I called because I was running 10 min late for the first appt. The lady on the phone told me that my appt. was for 2:30pm and they wouldn't be able to see both of them. I insisted that my appt. was for 2:45pm and that I had an email verifying that. She checked again and said, nope we have the first one down as 2:30 and that would make me :25 minutes late. And that they would only be able to see 1 of the dogs at 3:00pm. I really wanted to like this veterinary office since we'd been taking our fur babies to the one in McKinney for a few years now, but my interaction with Ashany (young lady working on 3/3 around 3:40pm) certainly made me reconsider. Not only was she extremely rude but she was also condescending when I called to inquire about them carrying the prescription food the doctor recommended.
