The best vet we have ever step foot in! We were running late and called to update them and they assured us it was no problem. We walked in and were greeted immediately. The establishment is clean and smells good. All the workers there adore animals. Dr Holland was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. He did a full body examination checking every part of her body. He was honest and told us he could do an x ray but it is not really needed. We are so glad we found this place to take our sweet puppy! They were welcoming and caring. Everyone was friendly and our puppy had a great time even though he got shots. They distracted him so he didn't even know he was getting them. The prices were reasonable, too!

I'm so glad that I found Thrive! Vet services can be very expensive especially in North Dallas and I was very pleased with all of the services I received as part of the puppy package for one set fee. The office was very clean and looked like it was new. All of the employees were very friendly and have a genuine love for animals! I will be bringing my Frenchie puppy back here for the rest of his shots and any other vet needs.

Great place I brought two of my dogs here both with special needs and they were friendly non judgmental and approachable! I have dogs that are all seniors and want to make them as comfortable as possible and cams up with a care plan that we all can agree on. Both vets were professional and the staff are excellent! I highly recommend this place as they will also take care of my other pets going forward!

Brought in my dog for his vaccinations today. He was very nervous and hesitant to go to the vet (like most dogs usually are), however Dr. Pagano and staff made the visit much more comforting for him. Furthermore, the prices were fantastic & the customer service was phenomenal.
Possibly the best veterinary care we've experienced. Our girl Candy is a senior citizen now and hates being fussed with. Dr Holland and his assistant gave her nothing but praise and kind loving touches as they examined her and did a few tests. I would highly recommend this veterinary care place to anyone with a pet that wants genuine caring people to look after their fur baby's health!
Affordable ( of course) but most importantly trustworthy, professional, caring and one of the best veterinarian in Plano.

The folks here are warm and caring. When I had the difficult decision as to what was best for my dog they were sweet and caring and compassionate. One of the vet asst. shared her lunch with as a treat and once he was gone I was upset the vet herself put her arm around me and comforted me and reassured me this was the best decision as he was suffering. I'll take both my other dogs here no question.

Love this place!! Warren the veterinary assistant was warm and friendly. Dr. Holland was a total sweetheart and was informative. I felt like I got top notch care and my dog is doing so much better. They even provided advice on how to take care of my puppy ongoing, and I already set up his next visit. The price was also nice!!!! $59 for shots and $15 exam fee.
