Take a chance, You (and your fur baby) won't regret it! I walked into Thrive (next to Tom Thumb) with a question regarding my adopted dog's foot pads which were injured. I spoke with the receptionist, Lisa. She and the doctor gave me some advice but told me to bring Jake in for an exam to check out his pads. The next morning Jake had licked his paws to a bleeding mess. I took him in without an appointment and Dr. Pagano saw him right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean, affordable, great staff. We had our first visit today and they went above and beyond in service and helped us get some last minute medication for our cat who has to fly home with us! Will be returning.

This place is amazing and so is Dr. Pagano. My feline cat was sick on Saturday and my place I go to wont take him in. They were able to see him and the prices are so affordable. My feline is very sick and Dr. Pagano texted me all Sunday to make sure he was still doing OK and tomorrow is Surgery. Whatever the outcome with the surgery. She is spectacular and will answer your questions over and over again. I am from now on taking my pets here. You wont regret it.

Decided to give Thrive a try for my new puppy. I put off Charlie's first visit, until he had a minor emergency yesterday. While this is not an emergency vet or a vet for serious critical pet issues - they could not have been a better place to take my pup. They were WONDERFUL! My puppy had their full attention and was given great care. The 2nd best part of it was their GREAT pricing! Went doctor and exam due my cat had glaucoma need prescription, assistant came out prescribed only 1. That's mean each time my cat finished prescription have to be back.

I spoke with a lady yesterday, lovely woman, I caught her on her way out and asked her about my dogs. She said we are closed early today due to a family emergency. She told me to come back or try to make an appt at another location. I walk in this morning and speak to the young lady working at the desk and she was rude off the bat. I told her I did not have an appt and I was just walking in. She said "we don't have anything today." My cats have been patients here for three years. Both times I needed to make an emergency visit they have been a waste of a phone call. The first time, which a reviewed here, the earliest appointment they could give me for my cat who was not eating a running a temperature was two weeks out. I had to take her to an emergency room that night. This time my cat is experiencing GI distress and I could not get him calmed down enough to crate him. I heard this place used to be really great. I hoped that it would become an affordable option for my two new cats. But the moment I walked in I had a bad feeling. One, the front desk girl was rude. I called up three days prior to my appointment and told them I have a new cat who's cat dad died and I have none of the records yet. He's eight years old and he has an eye infection. Terrible experience with this vet. I recommended my sister take her cat here and I regret that. When making the appointment all the information was given to the person on the phone. They were told this cat has only been with his new owner for about a week and his original owner had recently died so his records were not available to us at the moment.
