RecommendedSuper friendly staff - they really made everything as easy as possible. My cat was extra stressed because she’s sick and is very skiddish around people, but the staff did such a good job with her. Their pricing is very reasonable. Overall great experience!

Dr. Robinson is amazing. He always takes good care of our pets. The office is clean and the prices are amazing compared to so many others in the area. They also take walk-ins.

I called about 6 places and finally Thrive told me I could bring my cat in. Super friendly staff, answered every crazy question I had and treated my Elle Woods quickly and kindly with no discomfort or disruption in her day. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I brought my cat in and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a vet office. The office is very clean and neat while the staff were super friendly. The vet was very gentle with my cat and even though it probably wasn’t an amazing experience for her she never exhibited any signs of distress or discomfort. The prices are unbeatable and straightforward and they didn’t try and up sell on items I didn’t need at the moment. I will definitely be a continuing customer and all my pets will be patients there.

So glad I was able to find Thrive! I took my puppy in for a wellness visit, both the lab tech that greeted us & the one who met us in the room were really sweet and loved on my puppy. The office was clean and welcoming, waiting room wasn’t crowded and we were seen right away. Vet we saw was Dr. Pagano, she was great with my nervous puppy, let my puppy cover face with kisses and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend thrive to anyone looking for a veterinarian for their fur babies ❤️

I started with Thrive in Austin, and when I moved to Dallas this is the first vet I looked for when I needed to take my dog. Thrive has prices you can’t beat. And in my opinion I’ve never seen more caring staff, they’re usually younger (which makes no difference) and not so burnt out like most vets are. They take the time to talk to you and answer every question you may have, even if it’s not a medical question, any question you may have about your pet they take the time to answer and get you resources you may need.
