I took my Ginger here for the first time yesterday and I must say, at first I was nervous about not being able to go in with my little girl Ginger, however, they made me feel so comfortable and completely sure that she was in good hands. I love the professionalism they displayed and the fact the doctor call me to give me an update on her visit. Also, they love not only their jobs, but your furry babies as well. Recently brought my dog to Thrive for a teeth cleaning, and Dr. Decker did an outstanding job! The prices are more than fair. They're also very considerate about keeping you aware of what you're paying for. My pooch is 12 years old so we've been to a number of different vets, and this is by far the best! Thanks again to the whole team.

Super amazing staff they take great care of all my animals! Highly recommend getting thrive plus as it has saved me a lot of money since my Puppy has been getting sick frequently.

I am (and was) so impressed with the staff of the Legacy Dr. Plano, TX Thrive Affordable Vet Care practice. Due to the current CoVid-19 distancing guidelines, I had the privilege of only meeting one staff member face to face outside the front entrance. That staff member was extremely professional and kind. Other staff members that I was introduced to via the telephone, including Dr. Robinson, were also professional in gathering all the necessary details regarding my dog's health. My chiuwheenie was in need for his vaccinations to be updated so I took him to Thrive. Scheduling was easy as I was able to do it online and check in was pretty fast as well. The office and room we were in was clean and didn't smell of animals which is a plus. They were very gentle with Bobo which made him feel comfortable around them.

Can not recommend them enough! We have never been treated poorly, our babies are in the best hands, the membership is WORTH IT A BILLION PERCENT!! Nicole, Dr. Robinson, and the really pretty nurse with the beautiful sleeve that I can never seem to remember to ask her name (fail ‍) are THE BEST! They treat our babies, and us, like family.

This office is a wonderful choice if you are seeking quality care for your pet. We are from the Houston area, and found ourselves in need of care for our Dachshund, Lexie. I called and made an appointment, and took her. They were so warm and inviting, Gloria was so kind and caring with Lexie, and Dr. Robinson treated her with the same, he offered us education of Lexie's health challenges without making us feel like we needed to buy something or change what we already do for her heart. I followed Dr. Decker from a previous vet clinic for my dog Pico. He has some anxiety and has had medical issues in the past and does not do well at the vet.Dr. Decker makes Pico feel at ease and does whatever she can to make him feel not so scared. I highly recommend Thrive and Dr. Decker. You will not be disappointed, you get great care and affordable prices. This is the best vet in at least all of Collin county! You can't beat having great prices, great doctors, and great vet care all in one office! I've never been to a vet that gets you taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Thrive affordable vet gets you in and out quick, their prices are fantastic, and the staff is always so friendly and takes all the time with you that you need. Our doctor is Alan Robinson, and he is absolutely incredible. He will definitely be our vet for the rest of our lives.
