Have used in Austin. Visiting Houston for holiday weekend and my dog is not feeling well. It's not an emergency but seeing how a vet I use in another city also has a location here I wanted to have her looked at. Also they have posted "walk ins welcome". Just know that this means walk ins welcome if we choose to see you. Zero consideration for a sick pup that they have all her info for. I was really disappointed in the level of service I received, they took my dog in the back and did everything back there. The vet tech came and spoke to me about running a test but couldn't answer a basic question I had. The vet comes out at the last minute for maybe five minutes, I wasn't given an option for flea/heartworm meds I was given what they wanted to give me. I wanted to give this place a try because I have been to the Corner Vet who is comparable to them but the Corner Vet doesn't treat illnesses or injuries. I wi... read more
