My 9 lb dog had a bright pink rash all over and was given Apoquel to take. He immediately got sick, lethargic, would not eat, drink or move much. We called and had to leave 4 messages in 5 hours that were never returned. "You are on the list was their response." Never received a call that day or any day since. They aren't winning any awards for service . Myself and two other friends think their service is HORRIBLE !! I'll be going back to North Loop Low Cost Animal Clinic . You may have to wait ,but the service is EXCELLENT and the costs is VERY reasonable.! (Closed on Thursday & Sunday) They're the best ! When I win the lotto,I will donate funds to them for a much needed makeover . THRIVE .. you SUCK !!

So on their website it says All Walk Ins WELCOMED, but the little girl on their front desk with the attitude tells me my dog can't be seen because their not taking them today, as in walk ins. So why Fucking put it on you window of the Clinic and online, makes no sense, they need a new front desk worker. Please Change y'alls policy

I just took my dog to this place for their offer of 17$ evaluation, It needs a surgery to remove a mass. as it has other issues I payed $250 the fist visit, they gave me a quote of $670 for the mass removal. I have a follow up appointment where more money was needed for the other conditions that aren't as critical as the now bleeding mass. Very clean environment and caring friendly and polite staff I felt very comfortable at the first visit. The vet was very knowledgeable and friendly she was very attentive to all my questions to my satisfaction I would recommend them to others.

It was a horrible experience at the Ella location. The vet tech was extremely rude - at one point offers to check my dog in the waiting area because they were busy and running behind. The lady that checked us out the end acted as if we were bothering her. Not sure if they were having a bad day / but my experience there was horrible. I had just adopted my toy poodle - so I was happy and excited to make sure he was healthy - this was the wrong place to go.

I had a appt.Dec.23,2017 I drove 17 miles to them.Appt. was for 11:30 am.Arrived 11:20 am called out down their hall for assistance .Fraizer came up about 5 min.later took my name lied about time say I was late ?have a seat then a lady came up said doctor was over book reset appt?No called Petco manger for 1800## Fraizer came on phone talking like a owner.I stated report to tv local about she hung the phone in my face 7670 FM 1960 employee need retraining .No call to me for over booking the Thive Pet Care from Hell.Rude work... read more

I would recommend "Doc McStuffins" before I referred anyone to go here. I called prior to the visit and was told my appointment would be around $289 and when I left it was $400 +. The Vet on board was not very educated and did not know many of the answers being asked. Our dogs were given some medication with very little instructions as well as shampoo.
