Let's start at the beginning where I made two appointments through their system, and both were canceled as their system allowed them to overbook. We saw Dr. Doucet. I took my cat in for a serious hematoma that was increasing by size by the day into his canal. We went in and were told he had an ear infection causing the hematoma, and to put him on ear drops for 10 days and IF we wanted surgery, we could at the new location. Do not take your dog here!! I had been taking my dog here for years. When my dog was a puppy he was diagnosed with a heart murmur. My previous vet could tell right away just by listening to his heart. Started taking my dog to thrive and my dog had regular visits. Fast forward my dog was 13 and he experienced his first seizure. They told me his blood work came out fine and they didn't see anything wrong and to let them know if it happened again. He was fine for a few more months then started having seizures everyday. Revising our initial review after our most recent experience (today). Took our rescue Husky in for a check on her right ear. In no less than 15 minutes we were checked in and our dog was being examined. Though nothing wrong was found she was prescribed antibiotic's and ear drops. $233 for 15 minutes and no answers. Sorry folks this ain't affordable. We'll find another vet.

Been coming here for a few months after recommendation. Location: Ella st strip shopping center Staff: very friendly they are always very nice. Had the pleasure with working with Courtney and she definitely took the time to explain in a manner I can understand. Price: high... Always ask before procedure for a breakdown. Seems like there is a fee for everything in here. Reason for 2 star was because I called asking for an appointment for blood work to get my dog fix and I was told an estimate. Trying to get your animals past records is near impossible. It's a call center. After talking to four different people, the records were sent to the wrong address. Can't even talk to a person at the actual office. Super inconvenient.

1st you have to schedule a consultation to get your cat spayed or neutered then you have to reschedule for the surgery then they want $600 to spay an 8lb cat!!! Plus they're rude as hell... Insane you can get it done under $100 at "All Cats" I would never recommend this place!!

I tried to book an appointment for a cat spay, but there was no pricing information on the website. When I called them, they refused to tell me any specific pricing info and said I couldn't book a spaying appointment outright without doing a "consultation" first. For a clinic that calls itself "affordable" it really seems like they're just trying to bilk their customers for all they're worth. I went to this location because I have a friend that worked at Thrive but at a different location and she had nothing but good things to say about HER location. I have been taking my dogs (2-chihuahua and Maltese) to this clinic for 3 months and today will be the last time I ever go to this location. They have been overdosing my dog on heart worm medication which can ultimately lead to seizures. At my initial visit, I got a 6 month supply of triheart heart worm medication for them to share and each got 1 month of simparica. ... read more
