Very disappointed with their on-line scheduling system. It is not in real time, so just because their calendar is showing available at a particular time, does not mean that time is available. I didn't find out until several hours later that the time I picked was unavailable. Very frustrating when you are trying to plan your day.

Have been here multiple times as a walk in today tried to go and have check out my puppy who has been loosing hair and was told "I don't feel comfortable taking her in as walk in".
This is my second visit and for sure my last. The Vet had no idea what was going on and was not at all interested in my dogs well being. I will say 2 of the Techs were wonderful but one of them was rude and only interested in the bill.
Thrive does not care about our pets. They refused to give a regular ear cleaner for my pet. Which they gave to me before. Due to change of vets. The new one does not care.. She laughed at me and does not know the difference between regular every day ear cleaner and a prescription. She told me she has it but I would need to go to petco My poor bassett hound. I will never take any of my dogs to Thrive. Cheryl Fancher
I'm a new pet owner and had great experiences at my first few visits to Thrive with my puppy, however the vets are always different and the level of service is inconsistent. They also seem to have scheduling issues occur pretty frequently, and although I had only witnessed similar situations at prior visits, at my most recent visit I was informed that that the vet *might* be able to work us in, even though we booked an appointment online and were there on time. Wait, what? Time to find another vet!
Thrive is very reasonably priced when it comes to vaccines. And that is it. They will absolutely murder you on everything else, including bloodwork, dental work, and especially medication. My advice is to take your pet here for routine vaccines then elsewhere for anything and everything else.
Absolutely do not go here. They are unethical. I would give them 0 or negative stars if I could. I tried to order my dog's heartworm medicine online and the company called to tell me THRIVE refused to confirm the prescription because they carry the product in their office. I requested a prescription for the medicine at the time of my visit and they printed out a copy which apparently won't work because it has to be an original. No one told me I had to purchase medicine from their office at the time either. I honestly hat... read more
I've taken my dog here a few times. Each time the problem gets resolved but I never feel like they really care. The visit is always rushed, even when there's barely any customers. I came in today, a very slow Friday afternoon and it seems that there were only 2 people working. The receptionist and a nurse. I walked in and they both saw me, the receptionist smiled but said nothing, and they both went into the patient room. I'm updating my review from 5 stars to 1. I brought a rescue puppy in here October 2016 and they were so sweet and took good care of her. Unfortunately I had to give her away and now I have a new lab puppy and these guys put me through the ringer. Didn't give her her appropriate puppy vaccines in a timely manner (which I'm now having to give her a second time and pay for them a second time with another vet).
