We tried out the service at Peachtree City location. Not a good experience from the beginning. Cancelled subscription right away after first visit, have the written confirmation in email. Four months later they started charging monthly fee after trying to send new documents out, none filled out - we are no longer with them. Having to dispute through bank, they are predatory and will steal from you. All initial fees were paid, no longer clients. Stay away! There are better options.
The therapists are fine. The billing department is horrendous. First, they did not properly use my insurance and charged me in total $110 for a session that was 100% covered by my insurance. Come to find out the charged me AFTER they had been paid by my insurance for the entire session. They continued to claim that I had to meet my deductible before I could use my $0 copay.
