Along with the terrible therapists/psychologists working there, I was charged full price despite giving them my insurance information through the phone; I was not billed via insurance. I was told I wasn’t going to be charged for any of the services. A month or so later, I get an $286 charge. I’m unemployed and can’t pay, and I do not wanna pay another overdraft fee. I cancelled my services with them. I should not be paying full prices for services I cancelled

I loved my therapist Nakeisha *****but I had technical difficulties over the weekend with power outages. Upon trying to reschedule my missed call I was informed I'd be billed $135 for the missed appointment. I was disconnected multiple times trying to reschedule and was hung up on twice after waiting 2 hours to speak to Billing since they couldn't hear me. This business did not bill my insurance even though photocopies of the card was given and proof of active insurance coverage was provided . They took money from my account without providing a bill/statement. There is also no bill/statement on line to review. I sent numerous emails and made numerous calls, none of which were responded to. there is also no way to remove a card from the website. Very questionable business!! As you can see from other reviews this is an ongoing issue or should I say scam.

If I could do zero stars I would because I am so disgusted by this company. I work in the medical field and have never seen such faulty practicing. I have insurance so my insurance should be billed especially since I only have a $35 copay. I allowed my card to be put on file so they could deduct the copays. However, after the first 3 visits I received a statement telling me I owed $535 I checked my insurance and saw that they hadn’t even billed my insurance! Please beware this business provides therapy but they don't disclose the therapists are in training. They bill your insurance using another therapist name "supervisor" but you never meet the supervisor. 1. If you miss an appointment, they state the charge is 99.00 but they charge 199. 2. If you lose your insurance (I did when I turned 26 and came off my parents' insurance) and they didn't take my new insurance. The charge is 250. They get a credit card up front and charged $250. Total scam return the fraudulent $234 you stole from my account for supposed “missed appointments” I have never talked to you or given you permission to take funds from my account. You took advantage of a young unstable person to line your pockets.

This place honestly sucks, under the cancelation policy, it says no where of being charged 135.00 dollars if you leave mid-way during the appointment and I have a screenshot of it aswell. I called and argued with your team saying that they stand behind it and I told them do not charge my card on file and that I'm not paying you because I didn't break that policy and its bogus. Absolutely love the therapist we see! Except for 8 appointments in the beginning, our insurance wasn’t even being charged so we were paying completely out of pocket. Next, they all of a sudden started billing insurance and it was being covered. Out of no where, we were being pulling out of network and owe $1000 and have overdrafted our account. Had an appointment never came, noted it as a NO SHOW, to charge me. 2nd customer representative accused me at joining at 5:37 this is the worst place to do business all they want to do is charge you! You have better results if you SELF PAY. And none of the representatives know what is going on.
