I called to get information about an appointment and was told by Dora that they are in my network. I had one appointment with Cynthia *******on 9/9/2022 at 11:00 am we spoke for a total of 5 min. 5 sec. Also we tried Zoom and that lasted another 4 min. a grand total of 9 min 5 sec. My insurance was charged $395.00 I paid $40.00 for this service. The reason for me reaching for therapy is the loss of my husband. I went online to make a payment. My account was past due. I went to make a partial payment and it did not go through. Tried several.times but the website was not taking any payments. Two days later without warning Thriveworks takes out the full amount without my permission just on their own. No permission, or warning that this charge would go through. Nothing. The thrive works billing department treated me and my representative very poorly and told her i qoute "**** poor attitude." And I as a mental health disabled person, i would want to no one to go through this. Plus they charged me 99 dollars and i canceled 3 months ago.

Terrible provider, you are charged more if you have insurance!! They charge your card without authorization!

My name is Brianna. I cancelled my monthly payments back in February, 2022. Thriveworks has CONTINUED to debit increasing amounts of money EVERY MONTH WITHOUT ANY SERVICES BEING RENDERED! This is fraud! I demand my money to be returned to me, every unearned red cent, immediately! This company is a scam

If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would. Three times I had been overcharged by this company. Each time the amt was higher then the last. My daughter was speaking to someone twice a week each time I was charge $29.99 then suddenly I was charged $150. I called they told me that was what the ins didn't cover. A few months after that I was charged over $300. I called the ins company and they said they had made all payments that were covered. I called thrive works and was told I missed payments in January. The service wasn't horrible but billing??? I canceled and payed what j needed to 5 months ago, and now???200$!!! Taken out of my account. I called and was told it was their mistake and that I would get my money back, that was the 1st SEP, it's now the 12th and STILL NO REFUND. That put me behind on my bills and it's absolutely ridiculous that I haven't gotten my money back yet.

My name is Elizbeth H******* I have tried to get Heather from the billing department to return my call or at least speak with me and she refuses. I received a statement on 9/6 at 12:03 p.m for $693. This was the first statement from them. The next morning 9/7 at 8 a.m my card was debited $693. I called the billing department and the rep said her manager " Heather" said there was nothing she can do as far as a refund or payment plan because I received a statement and I should of called. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would! I began seeing a counselor, Line *******, at Thriveworks in January. Every time I went, I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I was Lines last appointment and She did nothing but yawn, look at the clock, and ask the same repetitive questions. I could tell she wasn’t listening to me. I reached out to thriveworks to see what the cancellation policy was on March 4th. They let me know that if I were to cancel within 24 hours, that I would be charged $99.
