RecommendedI’ll be visiting each time I’m in an area that has a Tidal Wave car wash. Staff was friendly. Machine did a good job. Offering the microfiber cloths so I can finish polishing it up myself put it on top in my book. Single wash was a little pricy but membership deals are great. Coupon for 2nd wash free was an unexpected gesture that made it a great bargain, even for a visitor. How about standing one of these up in 37363. RecommendedI was greeted at the entry and covered on all the options. I scanned my coupon and proceeded to the wash line. There I was greeted by another attendant and she scrubbed around my truck knocking off the worst of the dirt and bugs. The system cleaned my truck very good and I then used the vacuums to get some sand out of it. I also used the clean rags and cleaner to clean my door jams and touch up the windows. Overall great car wash and employees. Thanks

Last year I had two separate plans. One for my truck.. one for my wife's car. I tried to combine them and customer support said I had to do that at the local Tidal Wave. The Clinton, Tennessee tidal wave employees said I had to call customer support. They didn't know how to do it. So we just canceled. Then.. today (4/11/26).. I tried to buy memberships for myself and my wife. I even brought both cars to the Clinton, Tennessee location at the same time. scratched my car and I can't even get a phone call back from anyone. I asked several times for them to outline the tapes and view them with me and tidal wave refuses. Beware before entering because if something happens no matter how minor they won't take responsibility. Very disappointing for a company like this.

here in Brevard North Carolina tidal wave is never open and when it is every other vacuum cleaner does not work
