I heard bad things in the past, but that was when it first got opened and so I figured enough time and passed to where I would give it a try. I went in to get my car washed because it was a gorgeous day out and my car was filthy. When I left, I had a piece of my vehicle hanging off the back of it and dents and scratches all over my car. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement especially because I was not offering an apology or a refund for my car wash. Just an incident report to fill out. Expensive for what you get. Been there 2 times and neither time is my car clean when I leave. And one of the times it took the Chevy emblem right off the front of my car. Do not recommend at all!

I use them often and went out of my way to get a quick wash on the way to dinner. Sat and waited as there was a line, understandable. My turn. Want the top wash please. Very frustrating experience. This location is routinely closed on Saturday mornings for maintenance, which makes no sense for customers who work during the week. Weekdays would be a far more reasonable time for closures. Poor planning and inconvenient hours.

Long story short I canceled my subscription and they continued to charge me and then refused to refund me. Calling corporate was no use. They said they couldn't do anything. I went to the store because they don't have a phone number. They said they couldn't do anything because the store manager was on vacation, and then Kevin the store manager said he didn't have the authority to refund me either and it's just a big runaround! Now I'm gonna have to report them as fraud to my bank in order to get my money back. What a hassle!

Been here numerous times and keep having the same problem, black tire shine used when I specifically asked for that not to be used. It has ruined numerous pairs of pants of mine and my wife’s. I’ve asked for it to not be used every time I go and only one time did they listen to me. I’ve had a membership and canceled that because of this and today, a year later, I thought I’d give it another try and….nope ruined another pair of paints. This is ridiculous and inexcusable.

use to be a decent car wash spot. But just like the rest they let it go down hill. 1st I pulled up and was just buying a single wash. kept trying to make me buy the plan or would start over. Guy walks right by twice and never stopped to help. Finally got another employee outside to help. The the wash itself miss alot of cleaning. pull into 3 different spots before I Finally found a working vacuum that wasn't working worth a crap. Also the air hose wasn't work at any of the stations.
