I was very dissatisfied with tidal wave car wash in Aiken S.C. I been a member for I know 2 to 3 years never experienced what I’ve experienced tonight.. I went through the the car wash at 7:53 p.m ok if it was a problem why not stop me & say the wash still available? But we can’t turn the vacuums on I would have came back tomorrow but, the manager Shaun Hamilton was so rude & nasty.. but, they was standing around eating long as I been in customer service you can’t close if someone is still there??? Where is the customer service??? I wouldn’t recommend this location (sylacauga al)

I REALLY needed to like this place. I can't. We are in our 60's, live on a dirt road, and don't have the energy to wash our car every week the way it needs to be done. We bought a new 2026 Toyota RAV4 and the most expensive annual wash package Tidal Wave has. With less than 6000 miles on the new car we regret the wash package. Our tail lights and wheels are covered in micro scratches. I believe the tail light scratches are caused by the brushes the attendants use during the pre wash. I wouldn’t recommend using the service of this company to anyone who cares about your vehicle! The customer service is disappointing to say the least. My vehicle was damaged after being a member for about a year. Management was terrible and corporate is no better. I have been going back and forth with them for a month now with no help. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Inconsistent hours of operation and no notification of closure. Wasted too many trips to find out they are closed
Last year I had two separate plans. One for my truck.. one for my wife's car. I tried to combine them and customer support said I had to do that at the local Tidal Wave. The Clinton, Tennessee tidal wave employees said I had to call customer support. They didn't know how to do it. So we just canceled. Then.. today (4/11/26).. I tried to buy memberships for myself and my wife. I even brought both cars to the Clinton, Tennessee location at the same time. scratched my car and I can't even get a phone call back from anyone. I asked several times for them to outline the tapes and view them with me and tidal wave refuses. Beware before entering because if something happens no matter how minor they won't take responsibility. Very disappointing for a company like this.
