Wound up being charged for a membership that I didn’t want. Buyer beware if you visit here.

Contemplated posting this as in the beginning I was a fan of tidal wave. After buying the membership I had several good experiences till my last 3 where the blue brushes never touched the right side of my vehicle only the left side. I thought maybe it was an error and something wrong with the machine till I spoke with an employee who said bc I have a jeep they do not touch my vehicle. Funny bc the blue brushes touched the left side of my vehicle but never the right side and why did it touch my vehicle the several other times... read more

I give them 0 stars. I pulled in with mud on my car and they told me they won’t wash it because it has mud on it. I live on a dirt road that gets muddy sometimes so it’s not like a car that went mudding. So I went to Willy’s and asked him if they would wash my car and he said that they get people all the time that say tidal wave won’t wash their vehicle. Willy’s did a phenomenal job ! I will go there for my weekly wash!

I have tried to call multiple times and even emailed. I was not aware that it was a strict policy to cancel at least 7 days in advanced. I was also never told about this 7 day thing and found out when i got online to cancel it. This is the worst customer service I've ever had.

November 1, 2025 I washed my car at Tidal wave on a Saturday evening i got to my destination only to realize that my tires looked horrible. The car wash did not clean my tires or apply the shine correctly. I was miles away from the car wash when I noticed. I tried calling, but I got a number to an office in Georgia.That was not open.I returned to the car wash on the next day and was told that they could not rewash my car but that I could get some spray and go over and clean.My own tires by hand which was unacceptable for m... read more

I got my car washed on October 2, 2025 as I was going through the car wash. I seen a brush and hit my bug deflector on my hood and rip it off completely off my car. I talked to the manager at the auto spa, he said go get an estimate. Will send you a check. I went and got a estimate took it in gave it to the manager. It’s now October 22, 2025 when you called to talk someone you get customer service because they don’t want you talking to the corporate. Wash at own risk! My large SUV received significant scratches just above the windshield. They do not spray wheel wells out. Do yourself a favor and find a Club Car wash.

Adam was very condescending. Triple A membership paid for my wash so didn't really matter, but denied my car for a "damaged rim". Didn't even wash my windshield when I was in line and had me waiting.

Extremely disappointed in your “car spa”. We live out of state and were passing through Crestview on our way to our vacation destination. We have a Jeep Wrangler and went through this car wash, the blue rotating brushes never touched our vehicle. After we went through, we stopped and told the attendants and they informed us they have to punch a code in for “Jeeps” so it doesn’t “rip fenders off”.
