Extremely disappointed in your “car spa”. We live out of state and were passing through Crestview on our way to our vacation destination. We have a Jeep Wrangler and went through this car wash, the blue rotating brushes never touched our vehicle. After we went through, we stopped and told the attendants and they informed us they have to punch a code in for “Jeeps” so it doesn’t “rip fenders off”. Hwy 72 Madison, AL location I’ve had my membership since June. I WFH and on the weekends I drive a fleet vehicle for another job. The guy talked me into getting a membership but under the assumption that it was okay for me to use my pass for both vehicles. Damaged multiple vehicles at the same time. Employees reporting to the customer black spots after being washed. Sent pictures to corporate and they claim it’s not their fault. 2 pickups in a row damaged back to back that we know of.

Scratched the life out of my BRAND NEW 2025 Silverado, sent my truck through with just a light spray of soap and the wash didn’t register so the brushes hitting all the dry spots and just rubbing rather than washing, now telling me they’re not liable. Hopefully you all check your cars in the right sunlight before you leave this place. Bunch of trash
I just got off the phone with tidal wave a manager they took my money out of my account this month for the service but did not provide the service I got over there and could not use the car wash I've been on the phone with three customer service rep and a manager and she had the audacity to tell me today I cannot get my money back I have canceled my membership and I'm telling everybodyDO NOT use them.
Went and paid for a higher package wash and when I came out there was still dirt in the wheel wells and it was still dry like it had not even gotten wet. And there was bird poop on the side. I was told that they do not clean wheel wells on any wash that it wasn’t part of the exterior of the car. Did not get sent back through for any part that was not cleaned. Had to go down the road a wash it myself. Definitely will not be back.

I was a member at this Car Wash for almost a year. I told them multiple times that they tell us they provide to dry your vehicle or always damp and you really can’t dry off a car with a damp towel, but they never did anything to correct the problem. My bigger issue is that I had one billing problem about six months ago and called corporate to see if they could help. beware! not only do you get a terrible wash, they will mislead you and start charging your card monthly for a service without permission. I've seen hundreds complain about them online. Terrible, rude customer service all the way to their corporate level.

Have had a membership for over a year and have rarely used it lately. Took my car through the wash and it did not get my car clean. Asked if I could go through the wash again and employee said no because you can only wash once per day. Even though the wash did not clean my car I was unable to go through again. Cancelled my membership and will not return.
