so the location that I I go to does have friendly staff as well as decent enough facilities it does what a automatic car wash does there's really no issues with the actual service of the car wash the reason why I would not recommend this is because they're billing practices are absolutely ridiculous. I downgraded my plan to a more budget-friendly plan within 48 hours of the renewal date and was informed that the system would updated but it could take a little while now I am fully aware that I probably should have done it soo... read more
Tried the new location in Sebring for the first time. Not impressed at all. Lots of soap residue left on my truck. Nothing physically ever touched my hood. Still dirty even after spending $27 for a wash. Probably will not return. Will go back to Caliber where at least my truck gets washed.

Tidal Wave Auto Spa doesn't care about their customers or making their own mistakes right. Manager doesn't care and can never get through to their "corporate office". Overcharged us for months and couldn't care less. Do business elsewhere.

Had seen an advertisement for the local tidal wave, after going 3 times I decided to cancel. Told the man at the gate and he said all set . To find I still got charger $55 and they refuse to refund me
at first they were great,the dry roller did the whole truck,then they decided to speed the line up so now it only dries front half for the same price . nice wash but over priced.

RecommendedThe employees are so dang rude. It's impressive how rude they are. You ask a simple question (when do I put my car in neutral) and they act like you're an idiot and wasting their time. I wasn't told about a membership. I got a text indicating I needed to complete my membership. Which is fine that's on me. But they make it very difficult to cancel. The system can't find my information and the contact number listed is out of service . Not very well set up customer service.
My husband added my new vehicle to the family plan this past Sunday. I took it through the wash for the second time today and went to Murphy’s next door to get gas. As I stepped out of my vehicle up on to the curb where the pump is, I noticed scratches on the top of the lift gate. The only thing that could have done that was the car wash. I canceled my vehicle from the family plan and went back and reported to a manager per advise by the company that I called about the matter.
