the wash malfunctioned and rammed my moms car into the car in front of hers and they didnt offer to help at all, in fact they kind of blew it all under the rug as if it wasnt a major concern of safety. plus the kid at the front of the wash stopped and pointed out something was wrong to another worker that simply shrugged and waved it off. Diff level of not caring about their customers

After a 30 day trial period, we decided not to continue a membership with Tidal Wave. We cancelled the membership on line. Tidal wave acknowledged our request to cancel , yet a week later charged our credit card for another month at the highest priced wash they offer. We are outraged. Talking to their service representative was a complete waste of time. The lady we spoke with had absolutely no interest to help us out. Sylacagua Alabama location. I’ve had the highest monthly plan now for a long time and it doesn’t wash the back window or tailgate. Also the drying buffer at the end stops at the top of the windshield which I’ve told the attendant twice after two separate washings. The guys rub the black glass and tailgate with a brush but usually by the time I get into the wash bay it’s half dry and the back glass and tailgate stay spotted up. I brought my brand-new 2025 GMC Yukon Denali through this so-called "car wash," and it came out with deep, severe scratches on the hood and grille - all the way down to the paint. The car wash left deep scratches down the passenger side of my vehicle. They deny it was their fault even though I filed a claim while on site minutes after I heard something in the tunnel strike my vehicle. They also refuse to refund my prepaid 12 month membership that had 10 months remaining.
I have had issues with not getting the car wash that I have been paying for. I just got off the phone with Kiara? I asked to speak with a manager twice during the call but the manager could not be bothered with addressing my concerns. Kiara explained to me that she has received multiple calls about this issue. Since this is a known issue and the manager refused to address this, I have canceled my membership.

Horrible customer service. Been calling for 3 days and no one answers, their online system doesn’t recognize the customer ID.
so the location that I I go to does have friendly staff as well as decent enough facilities it does what a automatic car wash does there's really no issues with the actual service of the car wash the reason why I would not recommend this is because they're billing practices are absolutely ridiculous. I downgraded my plan to a more budget-friendly plan within 48 hours of the renewal date and was informed that the system would updated but it could take a little while now I am fully aware that I probably should have done it soo... read more
