You can never get in contact with your salesperson when you have important questions and they lie to you over and over saying they’ll contact you back. I’ve been waiting on a key fob for 2 months and a call back from my salesperson for over a week now. They do everything they can to get you in a car but the after care is 0/10.
We have purchased 2 new Ram trucks in the past year and I will never buy another. When we took our 2500 for the first oil change and tire rotation the rear tires were worn out. Turns out the tire pressure was much higher than the max rating. The dealership would not even talk to us. 2nd issue today. 1 ⭐️ After weeks of online searching, I found a vehicle I liked and wanted to buy. So before we (my wife and I) made the 2 hour drive, we decided to contact the dealership thru email. Long story short, they DIDN’T HAVE THE VEHICLE ON THEIR LOT. It wasn’t even in the State. But it was on its way... 🙄. I don’t play their games. Bought a car from them and asked for a carfax and they told me that it was good and clean to find out a year later after looking at another vehicle some where else to find out it had 15,000 worth of damage to the vehicle and the carfax wasn’t so clean. So make sure you check every inch to be sure before buying there.
Was trying to buy truck and Jonathan mills said he was only making a 121 dollar. Then he lowered the price 500 dollars. I called to ask him to see invoice because a dealer is not going lose money. Would not show me. So I asked if he had something to hide then he hung the phone up on me.
Very much lied to me and my friend. Then proceeded to hang the phone up on us. Very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have a 2008 jeep wrangler and I had it towed to Tim shorts on Wednesday 9/11 to have it looked at by the service department because it was having some problems and them being a jeep dealer I figured they could get the job done. well here we are a week later and all it has done is sit in the parking lot while I wait and see if they ever even try and figure out what is going on but everytime I call to get a update on the jeep all I get is we will get it in here tomorrow and do a diagnostic test on it. needless to say I am st... read more
