I went there back in October to trade in on a used Chevy Cruze or Nissan Altima they had. The salesman Wilkie Saylor was very friendly but the GM was quite the opposite. He talked down to me and offered me a joke for my trade in. When I questioned him about it, he continued to talk down to me like I couldn't afford anything that was on his lot, he stated to me "That's what I would write a check for your truck for" and I told him that I would do the same all day long. I came an hour out of my way to look at 2 of the Ford f150's that are listed on the page. One wouldn't start because it was out of gas, and the other had a dead battery. The dealer said the cold weather does that to vehicles. When I laughed about the weather being above 40 every day he said that Ford's don't wanna start anyway. I also was supposed to test drive a vehicle without a license since he never made a copy and just crammed it in his back pocket. I was polite but I will not be back.

We bought a used dodge from this dealership, however the experience has been a nightmare. They insisted on doing the tag and title fee themselves then they didn't even get that right. They ordered our tags in the wrong state and the wrong County. And now they are telling us that it's our problem to fix. I will never deal with this dealership again! After they received their money they were done with being helpful!
Terrible.....Saw car online and agreed on price. Left on a 3 hour drive to pick up the car immediately after agreeing on price, called and hour in to trip to verify address, and about an hour later receive a phone call saying car was sold. Bad business!
I had an oil change and on the way home, my wife was driving, she said she smelt oil burning. I told her they might have spilt oil and it would burn off. It got worse so I called and they said bring it in and they would check it. I did and they found a cracked oil pan. Hummmm I wonder how that happened. It wasn't like that when I took it in for the oil change.

Really aggravates me that I bought a brand new jeep and it has 7000 miles on it and it's already getting brakes to see if that's he problem. It unnerves me to pay what I pay a month and it's already something going wrong.
While they were great to us when we purchased our car, the service and treatment is horrible. I bought a Chevy Cruze, good car right? Not even close with this place! U r considered an inconvenience and treated as such when something messes up. In 6 months my car was in the shop more than I had it. I would "take the Short drive" on down the road and buy from people that appreciate the business and doesn't make u feel like an inconvenience! Was looking for a future purchase, looked around on the lot, never was approached by a salesman. Went across the street to an overflow type lot that had huge rocks and dirt. Found several cars of the type we were looking for, but they were filthy and some had trash in them. The salesmen came by in a golf cart twice and just passed us by. We won't be back.
