After spending a week long search for a mobile home dealer, we ran into Ron Garcia at Titan Factory Direct in Oklahoma City. He sat us down , explained to us how the finance works, and was able to get us into a land and home package for a payment we were comfortable with. No other mobile home dealer ever took the time to this, they only wanted to sell us what they wanted. And no land included. If you're looking for a land and home deal you MUST SEE Ron at Titan Factory Direct. Highly recommend
