I've recently had TLC put in a new HVAC/Furnace Combo, install a new water heater & faucet/hot water dispenser. All of the projects were done in an exceptional fashion with no follow-up issues. Will definitely hire again for an upcoming electrical project.

I've used TLC many times (for heating, plumbing, and electricity) and their service providers are always incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Most recently Shannon and Paul helped insulate pipes in a crawlspace. In doing so they (fortunately!) found and repaired a leak. They also capped my gas fireplace and answered many other general questions. Paul and Shannon were efficient, patient, and went above and beyond. I also recently had TLC here for a new thermostat. The online chat associate very professional and knowledgeable; she helped me through the appointment process on a Monday morning by 9 am and the first tech arrived before 3 pm. Upon inspection of furnace, he explained the dangers of CO that was leaking. He instantly red-tagged our furnace and explained clearly on what needed to be done. Mr. Apachito is to be commended for his expertise and he is a professional. Easy to book the service call. Tech called ahead and was on time for appointment, courteous and professional. He provided a clear diagnosis of problem, explained how to order warranty parts from the manufacturer at no cost to me. Once parts were received, he came back at no additional cost for a prompt fix and clean-up. Fair price.

I would like to thank TLC and their worker Doug for their services and for my first time using TLC services..., it was very professional and quick...I just had a sewage line clogged and within five minutes doug completed and cleared out the clog...He was very professional and answered all my questions...Thanks again and I will continue to use TLC.

As usual, TLC provided excellent service. I recently had a heating/AC unit installed. The "lead" person, Carlos R******, and his assistant (?) Antonio, were completely professional throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed of progress. They and their team worked very hard to complete the job in a timely fashion, with little or no inconvenience for us. Thank you!
