Chico was wonderful. Explained our options for a new HVAC system and gave us a great price. Installed two large systems a week later. All work done in less than a day and it functioned perfectly. Strongly recommend.

TLC service is prompt and professional. The technician informed me of all the issues involved with capping off a gas pipe. He worked effectively and efficiently.
TLC technicians, ******* and ****** came to our home to fix an outdoor spigot. They did great work. It was raining but that didnt stop them from getting straight to work and fixing the spigot beautifully. Now, we dont have to worry about freezing temperatures. While fixing the interior, ******* realized the hot water heater was sounding like the mineral calcium had built up and the heater should be replaced. We feel confident in their recommendation and are having them replace it.
