I called TLC for a drain issue on Sunday night and I asked for somebody to call me first thing Monday morning. I got a call from the office just before 8am and Tommy S****** called me saying he was 15 minutes out at approx 830am. He arrived on time, looked at the issue and said he would be accessing the drain thru the roof vent. He was courteous and professional in his work and communication and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and I will choose TLC for all of my plumbing needs. I called TLC about a clog just before 8:00 AM, and the problem was fixed by 2:00 PM. Joseph G. Jr called before he arrived, arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the response time or the service.
