We had an emergency leak in our garage and master bathroom. We called TLC and live 30 miles from Albuquerque. Shannon R***, the plumber that fixed the problem arrived in a timely manner and had it all fixed within the hour. Shannon did an excellent job and was kind, knowledgeable and walked through the entire process explaining what he needed to do. Excellent customer service and an excellent employee! If we ever have another issue (and we hope we do not), I would request Shannon if he's available. Great guy! Craig M

Always on time. Good communication letting you know when they are heading your way. Good work and professional people. They are usually able to respond to your request quickly. Shannon and Adrian were my guys and put in a pressure booster pump in the well pit. Explained everything well and were really nice guys. Have been building another house on my property dealing with lots of contractors. These guys were heads above the rest and a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

TLC is the best in the city, and Shannon is a great asset to the company. He did a terrific job. We have a well, and our pressure tank failed. Shannon was professional and knowledgable. Shannon completed a thorough examination of a water issue and provided us with other steps to to take to see what the problem might be. He was able to determine what the problem wasn't and then was able to solve our water problem and repair it for the quoted amount. TLC is the only company we use for our home problems and preventative maintenance.
