Carlos D**** is a fantastic person as well as a more than competent technician. Carlos checked the water heater. Reset the garbage disposal and repaired a leak under the sink. He was kind and personable. He gave me the appropriate discount for being a senior/veteran. I wish him well.

Hot water heater went down. TLC was here first thing. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered. When the parts arrived, TLC was back to install quickly and professionally. TLC always meets all my plumbing needs.

Excellent response from TLC. Both ****** and ****** were polite and knowledgeable and inspired confidence. Being new to Santa Fe, I have to say, the south has nothing on **********. Y'all are the nicest people I have ever encountered. And Ive been many places, owned homes, and dealt with many service people. The work was done with care. And now I have HOT WATER!!!!! Hooray! Thanks, ******! You are excellent at your job!
