Excellent response from TLC. Both ****** and ****** were polite and knowledgeable and inspired confidence. Being new to Santa Fe, I have to say, the south has nothing on **********. Y'all are the nicest people I have ever encountered. And Ive been many places, owned homes, and dealt with many service people. The work was done with care. And now I have HOT WATER!!!!! Hooray! In the past month my 89 year old mom has needed a new water heater (preventive maintenance) and a new furnace (emergency need) in her home. Each time TLC has provided expert technicians for each job. Each time the work was completed with a very quick turnaround time. I was very pleased TLC.Sink and tub in one of our bathrooms were draining slowly.**** came to help. He was polite and very efficient.He kept me informed in what he was doing and worked quickly.We are very happy with the repair.

Be careful when using TLC Plumbingthey are so nice and responsive, did a good job but over-charged me by a LOT! Asked for a materials and labor invoice and was told they only do a blanket invoice. Finally got a handwritten one, and wow! Almost $12k in labor for one plumber and one helper for alleged 50 hours of work!! I own the fact that I should have been more diligent and gotten some more bids. Dont make my mistake! Prior to this job, they were fair on my furnace install ($6k) and did a great job, so my confidence was high... read more
