The Tech was very knowledgeable, polite, and personable, and cleaned up any mess that he made while working. Mess was very little if any !! I am always happy with the work that TLC does for us, going on six years.

TLC provided fabulous service. The customer service rep (Saul) was courteous while answering all my questions and scheduling a technician. The technician (Joseph G.) arrived within the earlier part of the window given and called with an ETA when he was on his way. He reviewed the plumbing issues with me and an outline a plan to address the problem. Joseph was professional, polite, thorough and tidy while resolving the blockage in the main line.
