It was convenient to make an appointment for service (replacement of kitchen sink and a leaking faucet) by phone. The plumber, *******, assigned to my repair was prompt, polite, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. This is my second experience with TLC, and I have found everyone I have interacted with in their organization to be very professional, no matter how large or small the job.

Russell from TLC is amazing. He was able to repair our AC system that was destroyed by pack rats. He communicated with the pest control people as well as others and created a barrier so the critters could no longer gain entry into our system hence our home. Kudos to Russell and the staff at TLC for coming to our rescue so quickly and efficiently. Its been a year now and he just checked our HVAC system and we are all in the clear. Thank you TLC!
