TLC, Santa Fe is so fortunate to have ****** ***** and *****! This impressive team came for a water softener estimate to relocate a new softener in the garage verses our current system in the crawl space where it is extremely difficult to change the filter. They 1st tested our water and assured me it was not hard! They gave me valuable advise on how to maintain the current unit. This was such a relief and genuinely showed how honest TLC technicians are, great business!

Carlos couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful! We called for emergency Sunday service because I thought I’d broken the kitchen sink; Carlos called and let me know when he’d be here, and he was so friendly and pleasant when he arrived. He immediately figured out what was wrong with our sink, and because it was a quick fix, he wouldn’t charge us. Could not ask for better service!
