Carlos Duran came to assess work on the gas line leading from my house to the main. The problem turned out to be very complex, requiring replacement, massive diggings, permits from NM GAS and of course...$$$. Carlos showed more than knowledge and competence. He was very helpful thinking and weighing with me other options, contacting NM gas and calling me back with their answers. In addition, he had most pleasant manners showing an understanding of my plight. Five stars to Carlos!

Marco arrived early, fixed my toilet leak quickly after explaining what the problem was. He checked his work several times to make sure everything was OK, and it was! Marco is friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely will call again.
