I received what appears to be a counterfeit product In my opinion, the toner I received when I ordered this is not a genuine Brother toner cartridge. I discovered this while trying to figure out why the toner did not adhere to the paper. Upon closer inspection, the toner cartridge has what I would call bogus labelling which is consistent with a knockoff-type product. Defective replacement Been happy with toner replacements in the past. This unit continually created paper jams in my printer. The printing that did show up was fuzzy rather than sharp. In the process of sending the toner back for a replacement.
Defective replacement Replacement toner cartridge (TN-750) I received recently does not install in my printer (Brother MFC-8810 DW). The cartridge will not fully insert into the machine. When all openings are closed and print selection is made, the error message I get is DRUM ERROR. This cartridge also does not have a green tab for sliding. I need a working replacement cartridge ASAP. My first defective cartridge has been returned Amazon.
Shipped a depleted cartridge Item listed as Sold/Shipped by Amazon but arrived from CGT shipping out of Florida, box heavily destroyed, toner opened and depleted.
BUYER BEWARE: I paid $100 & received a used toner I'm a small business owner & make it a practice to order a new toner long before I need it. My first mistake was not opening the package when it arrived. I was under the "assumption" the product would be unused. toner quality is no good! THE QUALITY IS NOT GOOD! THERE SOME BLACK SPOT ON THE NEW TONER, I TRIED BUT CAN NOT MAKE IT CLEAN.
Bad quality of printing! Printing quality is not good! I returned and they changed For me the other item but it is the same..! Not sure why it is like that? I want them to send me the good one to replace ...!
Not a new product. I received this product that was supposed to be new. When I opened the box, the plastic packaging containing the ink cartridge was opened and the normal plastic strips you would have to pull off of a new cartridge were not on it.
