Not High Yield Disappointed with quality. High Yield did not produce the number of copies we expected. Having to replace it early. I won't but from this vendor again.
This is NOT a high yield toner. Not even 500 copies! It didn't give me even 500 pages!!! This is a ripoff
Need To Know Before You Purchase Bought this cartridge at the end of last year when my other cartridge ran out. It leaked all over my printer, my clothes, my floors. I had to get a transcript out immediately so I cleaned up the printer and replaced the toner. When I called Brother to get them to replace the toner, they said there's only a 90-day return policy and I needed the invoice. Horrible print quality! I bought this toner 10/13/17. I did not open and install it until 11/27/17. Date of return ended 11/20/17. I always order before I run out. Doesn't everybody? When I installed it, the print is too light to read and there appears to be a bald spot on the roller because every so often a section of the page is blank. This will not work at all. I want my money back or an exchange!
One Star this product is leaving a huge toner streak on the paper
This product sucks. Product is horrible. Print quality is very poor; smudging, ghosting, etc. Unfortunately, I do not have the box and cannot return. Won't buy from this supplier again.
It is supposedly good for 8000 copies but we have printed less than ... This cartridge is now putting large black spots on copies as the cartridge seems to be leaking. It is supposedly good for 8000 copies but we have printed less than 3,000 copies. We purchased it in May so we are past the time for a return/replacement.
