Defective Cartridge - Cannot Return! I paid full price for a genuine Brother toner cartridge because I have to print my work product. This toner cartridge is defective. Toner splattered all over the first two pages of every print job. I have had a defective toner cartridge before. The last time this happened Brother sent me a replacement. It worked. Shadowing and toner dots, unacceptable printing quality If you are like me, you buy this toner before your printer is out. Then when you install it (for me 6 months later) it shadows the entire page and leaves specs and dots all over prints. It also makes a big toner mess inside printer, acts like a refilled cartridge...not a brand new OEM cartridge like it appears to be. Awful Print quality is realy lousy. Yield is poor for the money. With I could give this negative stars.
Toner Defective Bought along with the printer. Replaced original Toner in January and the toner is defective.
Blue spits There is a blob ob blue on the first page every time you print.
Leaking with 30% of life left Do not buy the high yield 850 if you're not going to use it up less than 3 months. My TN850 still has 30% of life but leaking all over the place. I contact Brother & was told that it's only guaranteed for 90 days.
Great when not leaking! These toners are expensive and for the price you pay you would expect them not to leak toner everywhere. When they aren't leaking the print quality is great & worth the money to buy OEM instead of the knock off's.
Did not last a week I have been using Brother printer for the last 4 years and have been very satisfied with my printers. The last 5 toners that I have purchased have only lasted about two week that is being generous printing less then 1,500 pages. I am very dissatisfied with the product as I am a Notary Signing Agent and depend on my printer for my business.
do not fit same printer model you bought in Australia bought it early this year. on use it this week. do not fit same printer model you bought in Australia. even the website said fit the brother printer i have. the the toner has locating thing in different location
