Started my refinance attempts in 2017 but property issues prevented; tried again in 2019 when subprime interest-only heloc loan mod pkg ran out. Thankfully, second time's the charm; able to stay in my home. Utmost appreciation for longstanding competence and savoir faire. New conventional lasts 30 years (hopefully paid off sooner) but absolutely recommend for any other real estate finance.
