I closed a mortgage loan recently with Todd and Bonnie and want to share what a great experience I had with this company. Because of the due diligence and attention to detail performed during the pre-closure approval process for my mortgage, the resulting closing process was extremely smooth and went through without drama! My closing meeting was just under an hour and very efficient, since all the required documents were in place in advance.
