Had a fantastic experience with Toledo Basement repair from the initial inspection and estimate to the completion of the work. Very prompt professional and courteous! Always called when they were on the way, kept me informed with every detail and answered any questions I had. Always kept my home clean and could not tell they were here when they left. Every step of water proofing my basement was perfect - the initial inspection, the work, financial payment plan. Corbin was great as the job lead. Alyssa was great in putting together the quote. JD did a great job keeping my well water system up while working in that area. Chris did a great job with the final touch up. I really love having a dry basement. I highly recommend them!

Toledo Basement Repair recently completed an interior waterproofing job in my basement. Right from the beginning I appreciated sales rep Terry's non high pressure approach and knowledgeable direction in what my job would require. My job was started on a Monday and was completed on the following Monday. Toledo Basement Repair was a pleasure to work with. They fixed the leak in my basement and were very professional. They did a great job cleaning up and even put plastic down from the front door to the basement so they wouldn't track mud in the house. It's small things like that that people appreciate. 100% would use them again.
