TBR was great to work with. They were professional and courteous. Joe did a nice job assessing my Sump Pump issue and recommending the right products. They were able to quickly fit me in to their busy schedule. JD did a fantastic job installing my new sump pump and dehumidifier, answered all my questions and couldn’t have been kinder!

Joe came out and assessed what needed to be done. Then Jon came and did the work. He covered the floors while he worked and left the basement just as neat as when he started. Both Joe and Jon were very nice and polite. Would highly recommend the company.
