I asked for quotes and investigation from 5 different local companies. Toledo Basement Repair is the only company to make me feel they really think on customers' side. They will not push you for various products. Instead they told the minimal work you need and options for other projects. Their quote is also the lowest one but they also told you how you maintain your basement or hoise correctly. Highly recomend. Besides their people really made me confortable and cleaned my basement after the work. Very good experience.

************** and his assistant fixed a large seam between the crawlspace wall and the basement wall that was allowing water to enter the crawlspace during heavy rains. They also shored up an area under the crawlspace wall where the dirt was washed away. Both men were very professional and answered all my questions.
