Had a crawlspace encapsulation over the course of 3 days. Crew was very professional and timely. Excellent communication about when they would arrive and finish work. I have had several jobs by different contractors over the years and these guys were by far the best in regards to communicating with us. Would definitely hire again. Toledo basement repair did a great job. Supported my basement walls in a timely manner. Communicated with me about nearly every step of the project. My one complaint is that they did not put plastic over my belongings and they are covered in dust.

I’m very pleased with the work done to my basement. Right from the start I was very impressed with the quote from Kevin which had pictures and explained everything that was going to be done. Corey and his team were very professional and hard working. They kept me informed and answered all questions. They even put in window wells for me which was not included in my quote. I would definitely recommend TBR.
