We had a crack leaking in our basement. They were quick to come give us a quote and lock us in for a repair. The repair was done in one day and our guy JD was amazing, he kept us informed at every step, and had us come check the work as he went along and was great with our kids and dog since we were home for summer break. Our repair went nice and smooth and we have had no issues.

Had a crawlspace encapsulation over the course of 3 days. Crew was very professional and timely. Excellent communication about when they would arrive and finish work. I have had several jobs by different contractors over the years and these guys were by far the best in regards to communicating with us. Would definitely hire again. Toledo basement repair did a great job. Supported my basement walls in a timely manner. Communicated with me about nearly every step of the project. My one complaint is that they did not put plastic over my belongings and they are covered in dust.
