RecommendedI recently had Toledo Basement Repair at my home to do work in my crawlspace. They leveled out floors, adding a sump pump and dehumidifier. JD kept me informed about how the process was progressing regularly. Alyssa, my sales rep, was wonderful too! They did a great job and my floors no longer feel like you’re walking up and down a roller coaster. I would recommend them to anyone who needed this type of service!!

Highly recommend Toledo Basement Repair! Jim and Damien were very professional and made the process of installing steel support beams in our basement a breeze. Jim explained the whole process of the remedy and was very thorough. Kevin and his office staff were responsive and knowledgeable. Everett was willing to call me with recommendations about additional questions I had for my backup sump pump. Great experience!

Had a basement egress window installed. The crew - Brian and Vito- were very professional. They took time to communicate exactly what the status was each day, cleaned up after themselves, and completed wonderful finish work. In all done in three days and beautiful completed job. Highly recommend!

Okay I've never worked with any company that has been as efficient, on time, as thorough, and concerned as this company and that's just fact. I mean, your folks were here on time every time they called and said they were coming, which was a nice feature.
