From the initial consultation through completion of work, everything was explained to us in a way we could understand and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Corey and his partner were so nice and accommodating. They answered all my (and my three year old's) questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with and understood what was done. I will ALWAYS recommend Toledo Basement. A fantastic group to work with. The quoting process was fast and concise. Scheduling was easy and quick. The crew was very professional and courteous and communicated well. It’s been 3 months since the work was done and we have no more basement issues.

I thought the toledo basement repair did an excellent job on the basement. Everybody was friendly and courteous, respectful informative. Charlies group was awesome. I cant say enough good things about him. Hopefully the basement wont leak now lol but they did a fantastic job. Im very happy with it.
