Excellent outcome. The company exemplified honesty and integrity from the initial meeting with Alyssa, through the project team until to the final handshake with Brian, the team leader. Even the boss, Everett, was on site at times. Communication was outstanding through the entire process including us like we were part of the team. Highly recommend this company. I can't say enough good things about John Thomas and his crew (Chuck, Anthony and David) and I didn't get the name of the young man that helped dig the trench. It was a challenging job because the floor was thicker than normal, but in spite of it, they were very thorough. It took them longer than normal, but were still conscienceous of their work. I once again waited to write my review after we received some more rain. After my original review, which was not very good, I was contacted by a gentleman named Joe. He noticed that his workers that initially came out to complete the job did not complete it. They left holes in the sealing and di not completely seal other areas. Joe was very honest and apologetic and had someone from the office contact me to set up a time for someone to come out and fix everything. They sent out a gentleman named Chris Chamberlin. They kept us informed on site and via phone before, during, and after completion to keep us in the loop about their progress. Site was left clean and free of debris.
