I was excited to by some custom parts for my new 2019 corvette & after picking out my parts I ordered over the phone with Paul who was great. But that's when things go down hill. I came home on a Thursday & found a fed-x sticker on my door called them and said it would be delivered the next day 11:00-4:00 came 4 days later. After 2 months finally got my refund less 15% for my returned seat covers. I hope no body ever plans to return seat covers and goes through the hassle I did.
Approved a return and refund on 1/31/18 for defective seat covers that I returned on 2/1/18 and have still not received credit.
I ordered a radiator from their website, and I wanted to return it for store credit to get a radiator the right size. I paid $298 for it. I have called and I have written emails. I have gotten no response. Its frustrating customer service doesn’t exist with this company. As i was not wanted my money back but willing to have store credit for an in-house transaction. If I could give them a zero o would I called so many times left so many emails no has responded :(
They STOLE $98.00 from my return and never ever returned or refunded me. RUN FAST from these crooks. 11 months and many attempts. To many excuses to write. SORRY is not even a good explanation
The worst return policy I have ever encountered. Make sure you never have to return anything, for you will never get your money back. 3 weeks and still my credit card has not been credited. I will never buy anything from them again.
Ordered C7 matching color sills on January 6. Today is March 1. Still no parts. Not even close to "great customer service" unless your talking the George Carlin version.
Better describe some of the products you sell.. Recently purchased several items from you. One was what I believed was LED light bars for my C-5 lower rear facia. The rear louvers below the tail lights. The photo on your web page made it looklike individual lights for each louver. Turns out all I received was one long LED strip. Not what I was expecting. Horrible experience, purchased 2 sun visors one was defective even returned it to the store personally, stopped the credit dispute, their credit was returned and Corvette Mods NEVER returned my credit. This all started last June it is now January. Plenty of time to resolve. Next step now is small claims. I have all the documentation in my favor. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HONOR REFUNDS!
