I ordered a car cover for my 1996 Grand Sport Corvette Coupe, and instead of being notified on the website that the cover was on back order with no official release date, I was kept in the dark until I took it upon myself to contact the company to see why it had not been delivered. I have some parts on order and forgot to use a 17% promo code. An hour after my order I called and the person that answered was rude and said their was nothing she could do. Nothing, I am not doing anymore business with you. I paid $60 for custom painted under hood liner screws for my C7 GS. You guys to 5 wks to ship me the wrong parts. I called and got no answer. I sent an email and received no response. This was disappointing considering I have spent several hundred dollars with you prior to that order.
You guys didn't do anything wrong, it's the product, and I fully understand there can be no returns on electrical. I went to change out my DRL's on my 06 Corvette with the switchback LED's but the resistor got so hot, I couldn't store it in the cavity anywhere. It would have melted something. Way, way, way too hot and the bulb hyperflashed anyway. I have over 31 years electrical experience so know I made the connections and wired it correctly. The return policy is very very lengthy And nothing seems to get accomplished . I’ve tried for five days now to return a defective license plate frame to no avail... I will still keep trying to return this defective license plate frame if I don’t get any results I will never buy from these guys again. They actually send you a rejection letter via the email that’s ridiculous. I do not recommend this company to anyone ...
Sent me fixed headlights for my 2001 which I didnt realized was broken until it was installed at the mechanics for 450$. So they tell me I have to take them off and send it in so they can exchange it. I only have 1 car so now I wont be able to drive until they send me the new ones. Not gonna reimburse me for having it installed or now taken apart. Horrible customer service!!!

Ordered exhaust for my vette, 340.00 waited n waited heard nothing for a week finally got someone on the phone only to tell me they needed 110.00 more dollars to process my order they took my money from PayPal account I told them I'm not paying the extra 110.00. long story short fuck you guys terrible business practice never will buy a fucking thing from u again!!!!!!!!!
